About us
We have been producing frozen fruit since 2002 and since then we have gained the trust of customers on domestic and foreign market.
We export our goods mainly to European countries, but we also successfully develop exports to overseas countries such as the USA, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Israel, Thailand.
Our annual production of frozen fruit exceeds 19,000 tons and 150 tons of freeze dried fruits.
Modern machine park, access to a perfectly organized resource base as well as the implemented highest quality standards of IFS, BRC, Kosher, Organic and FDA, allow us to offer products of the highest quality.
Following the latest market trends…
…and customer needs, we decided to expand our business with freeze-dried products. We currently work on three latest technology freeze dryers, each with a capacity of 1,500 kg of frozen fruit input.
Lyophilisation, colloquially known as freeze drying, is a process of drying by freezing followed by sublimation.
It is a multi-stage process that offers many advantages to the finished products. The most important are:
95-98% water loss
Preservation of 90% of the original shape, colours and flavours,
Preservation of all nutritional values and vitamins,
long shelf life
Lightness
particularly important when planning a diet for extreme travel, when practising certain sports or when reducing the weight of military rations
